Bitola is no longer just a city of consulates — it is the new, pulsing centre of Macedonian game dev. Last January, under the patronage of Kamai Media, something revolutionary happened. Behind the closed doors of the local event, “RazIgra” was born: a space where creativity collides with an unforgiving stopwatch. Digital Basement takes you back to those 48 hours of pure adrenaline, sleepless nights and thousands of lines of code, exploring how one community redefined digital creation in the city.

Day 1: Initiation and adrenaline
The event opened with energy — inspirational talks filled with metaphors about game development set the creative tone for the entire weekend.

When the secret theme was revealed, the room exploded with ideas. Strangers became collaborators, teams formed organically, and the clock started ticking.

Day 2: The pressure of code and breaking stereotypes
Day two showed the real weight of the “game in 48 hours” concept. Under dimmed lights in the workspace, eyes locked on monitors, we witnessed incredible dedication.
What made the first RazIgra historic for the Macedonian tech scene: more than 40% of participants were young women.

They led their teams, breaking outdated industry stereotypes and bringing entirely new narrative and visual solutions.
Day 3: The finale and the power of community
The final hours were a race against time — a relentless fight with bugs and last-minute polish on mechanics.

When the timer hit zero, tension turned into relief and pride. Presentations followed in front of mentors, each team defending its concept. Closing speeches summed up the effort, and prototypes shown to the audience proved that 48 hours are enough to create magic.
